Terms & Conditions

RESERVATION POLICY

  • Minimum Stay: 2-night minimum on weekends; 1-night minimum on weekdays.
  • Maximum Stay: 28 consecutive nights.
  • Deposit: Full payment is required at the time of booking.
  • Accepted Payments: All major credit/debit cards via our secure booking platform.
  • Refunds: Bookings are fully refundable up to 14 days prior to check-in. No refunds are issued within 14 days of arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Free Cancellation: Cancel up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund.
  • Within 14 Days: Cancellations made less than 14 days before check-in are non-refundable.
  • Changes & Credits: No date changes or credits are allowed. If within the refund window, you may cancel and rebook new dates, subject to availability.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT

  • Check-In Time: After 4:00 PM
  • Check-Out Time: By 11:00 AM
  • Self Check-In: Guests will receive a unique 4-digit door code via email/text one day prior to arrival. Codes are valid from 4:00 PM on check-in day until 11:00 AM on check-out day.
  • Early Check-In / Late Check-Out: Available for $30 each (up to 2 hours), subject to availability. Must be arranged and paid in advance.

GUEST SUPPORT

  • Hours of Availability: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM daily via text or booking app messaging.
  • After-Hours Emergencies: Call 911 for emergencies. For urgent but non-emergency issues, please send a text and we will respond as soon as possible.

SMOKING POLICY

  • No Smoking Indoors: Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside rooms and shared indoor spaces.
  • Designated Smoking: Outdoor smoking is permitted 25 feet away from any building.
  • Violation Penalty: $1,000 fine plus any costs related to deep cleaning, damaged furnishings, and lost revenue.

PET POLICY

  • No Pets Allowed: We are not a pet-friendly property.
  • Violation Penalty: $500 or more, plus cleaning/damage costs. Violations may result in immediate termination of your stay.

DAMAGES & LIABILITY

  • A damage deposit or credit card authorization may be held to cover incidentals.
  • Guests are financially responsible for missing items, damage, or excessive mess beyond normal use.
  • A signed liability waiver is required to acknowledge risks associated with features like stairs, the firepit, or other amenities.

MINIMUM BOOKING AGE

  • Guests must be 21 years or older to book a room.
  • All minors must be accompanied by an adult during the stay.

PARKING

  • Each room includes 1 assigned parking space marked by room number.
  • If bringing an additional vehicle, contact us in advance. Space is limited.
  • Free parking is provided. No trailers or RVs allowed. Oversized vehicles must park past Room 9 Chalet.

SAFETY, QUIET HOURS & CONDUCT

  • Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM daily.
  • No Parties or Gatherings: Only registered guests are permitted on the property. No parties, events, or unregistered visitors are allowed.
  • Security Devices: Exterior areas and select indoor communal spaces (lounge and store) are monitored via security cameras and noise monitors for safety and compliance.

HOUSEKEEPING

  • Mid-Stay Cleaning: Not provided by default. Available upon request for an additional fee.
  • Check-Out Cleanliness: No special tidying is required, though guests are expected to treat the property with care.
  • Cleaning Fee: Included in your booking total.

AMENITIES

  • Guests have access to shared amenities, including the lounge/lobby area, outdoor firepit, lawn chairs, and outdoor games.
  • Please be respectful of other guests when using shared spaces.

RESERVATION RIGHTS

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse, cancel, or terminate reservations at any time for violations of these Terms & Conditions or disruptive behavior.
  • Charge guests for violations such as unauthorized pets, smoking, excessive noise, or property damage.
